1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any service provided by TRENDY IMPORTS COURIER, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By utilizing our services, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

2. Scope of Services

TRENDY IMPORTS COURIER provides international shipping and logistics services including but not limited to:

  • USA to Jamaica Package Shipping

  • Package Forwarding Services

  • Online Shopping Assistance

  • Personal Shopping Services

  • Purchasing Items on Behalf of Customers

  • Office Delivery Services

  • Central Pickup Services

  • Weekend Delivery Services

  • Courier and Logistics Support

TRENDY IMPORTS COURIER reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3. Pickup & Collection Locations

Customers may collect their packages at:

  • 76 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston, Jamaica

  • Half-Way Tree, Kingston

  • Spanish Town, St. Catherine

Additional pickup locations may be introduced periodically.

4. Delivery Services

TRENDY IMPORTS COURIER offers:

  • Office Delivery Services

  • Delivery to Central Collection Points

  • Weekend Deliveries (up to 7:00 PM)

  • Special Delivery Arrangements upon request

Additional delivery fees may apply depending on destination and delivery requirements.

5. Service Area

TRENDY IMPORTS COURIER primarily serves:

  • Kingston

  • Half-Way Tree

  • Spanish Town

  • Surrounding areas

Additional locations may be serviced through approved delivery partners.

6. Shipping Rates

Current shipping rates are as follows:

Each Additional Pound

$700 JMD

Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Weight Rounding Policy

Packages weighing 0.7 lb or greater will be rounded up to the next pound for billing purposes.

Examples:

  • 1.6 lb = Charged as 2 lbs

  • 2.7 lb = Charged as 3 lbs

  • 3.1 lb = Charged as 3 lbs

8. Shopping Assistance Services

TRENDY IMPORTS COURIER offers shopping assistance services for customers who:

  • Do not possess a debit or credit card

  • Require assistance purchasing products online

  • Need personal shopping support

Customers may:

  • Shop using their own card

  • Request purchases using the company's card (service fees apply)

All shopping assistance purchases must be fully paid for before the order is placed.

9. Company Card Purchase Service

Where TRENDY IMPORTS COURIER uses its company card to complete purchases:

  • Full payment must be received in advance

  • Service fees may apply

  • Customers are responsible for confirming product specifications before purchase

TRENDY IMPORTS COURIER is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Vendor mistakes

  • Product defects

  • Delayed shipments from vendors

  • Vendor cancellations

Refunds and exchanges remain subject to the policies of the original retailer.

10. Responsibility & Liability

All shipments are transported at the customer's risk.

TRENDY IMPORTS COURIER assumes limited liability for:

  • Loss

  • Delays

  • Damages

  • Shipping errors

The company is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Airline delays

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Third-party courier issues

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Vendor or retailer mistakes

Responsibility begins when packages arrive at our designated receiving facility and ends once packages are delivered or collected.

11. Fragile Items

Fragile items including but not limited to:

  • Electronics

  • Glassware

  • Ceramics

  • Cosmetics

  • Liquids

are shipped at the owner's risk.

Customers are encouraged to request additional protective packaging where available.

12. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited:

  • Illegal drugs

  • Firearms and ammunition

  • Explosives

  • Hazardous materials

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Perishable food items

  • Live animals

  • Cash or negotiable instruments

  • Any item prohibited under Jamaican or United States law

TRENDY IMPORTS COURIER reserves the right to refuse or surrender prohibited items to relevant authorities.

13. Customs Duties & Government Charges

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Government fees

  • Regulatory charges

TRENDY IMPORTS COURIER shall not be liable for customs inspections, delays, confiscations, or penalties.

14. Rewards Program

TRENDY IMPORTS COURIER offers customer rewards.

Referral Reward Program

Customers may receive:

  • $500 JMD Store Credit for successful referrals and signups, subject to promotional terms and conditions.

Loyalty Points Program

Customers earn:

  • 1 Point for every dollar spent

Points may be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or promotional benefits as determined by TRENDY IMPORTS COURIER.

The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue rewards programs without notice.

15. Payments

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Cash

  • Bank Transfer

  • Online Transfer

  • Approved Digital Payments

All charges must be paid in full before packages are released.

16. Claims & Complaints

Claims regarding lost or damaged packages must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the package.

Supporting documents may include:

  • Photos

  • Invoices

  • Receipts

  • Tracking Information

Failure to submit claims within the stated timeframe may result in claim denial.

17. Storage & Unclaimed Packages

Packages not collected within seven (7) days after notification may incur storage fees.

Packages remaining unclaimed after thirty (30) days may be:

  • Returned

  • Donated

  • Auctioned

  • Disposed of

to recover storage and administrative costs.

18. Cancellations

Customers requesting service cancellations must do so at least twenty-four (24) hours before scheduled processing where applicable.

Cancellation fees may apply.

19. Amendments

TRENDY IMPORTS COURIER reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between TRENDY IMPORTS COURIER and its customers.
